What does the subscription include?
Your agreed plan includes scheduled onboard checks, maintenance planning and records, coordination and follow-up on identified work, and practical upkeep guidance for the crew. The areas covered and visit schedule are confirmed before the subscription begins.
Are repairs, labour and parts included?
Repairs, hands-on servicing labour, parts and consumables are quoted separately. Installations, upgrades and specialist projects also need a separate quote and your approval before work proceeds.
Does every plan include all ten service areas?
Each plan is tailored to the yacht. We agree which service areas, checks and coordination are included, based on the equipment on board, your priorities and the specialist support required.
How often are checks arranged?
The visit schedule is agreed around the vessel’s systems, use, maintenance needs and access. The frequency is set out in your subscription plan.
How is specialist work arranged?
Where specialist input is needed, we discuss suitable support and agree the scope, quoting arrangements and responsibilities before you approve any additional work.
