01Underway motion control
Sensors track the boat’s motion and command rotary blades to adjust lift at the transom. The system responds automatically to help reduce pitch and roll at suitable operating speeds.

Gyro Stabilizers & Ride Control
A more settled ride while underway. Seakeeper Ride automatically adjusts the boat’s running attitude to reduce pitch and roll. Kitfix provides sales, installation and after-sales support in Hong Kong, from choosing a suitable system to looking after an existing installation.

EQUIPMENT SYSTEMS
Ride is Seakeeper’s Vessel Attitude Control System, a separate product range from its gyroscopic stabilizers. Controllers mounted below the waterline on the transom create lift as the boat moves. It is designed for underway control; it does not stabilize a boat at rest.
Sensors track the boat’s motion and command rotary blades to adjust lift at the transom. The system responds automatically to help reduce pitch and roll at suitable operating speeds.
Automatic running-angle and list control respond to changes in speed and weight distribution. Suitability and performance depend on the hull, installation and operating conditions.
Ride uses compatible helm electronics for its interface. We review the exact display, software and electrical arrangement alongside the proposed system rather than assume any screen will work.
SERVICE AND INSTALLATION
Tell us the boat model, hull type, typical cruising speed and what you want to improve. Transom dimensions and clear photos help establish which Ride configuration suits the boat.
The transom layout, hull geometry, clearances, wiring and helm compatibility shape the installation. Kitfix plans the work around the vessel and the chosen system’s requirements.
For an installed system, share the model, helm display, software version if known and any messages or changes in behaviour. Kitfix can help with operating questions, system checks and follow-up support.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Seakeeper indicates trim control from about 9 knots (10 mph), with full stabilization benefits beginning around 17–22 knots (20–25 mph). These are manufacturer guide speeds; performance depends on the vessel and operating conditions. Share your usual cruising speed when asking about suitability.
No. Ride needs water flow while underway to generate its control forces. For roll reduction at rest as well as underway, discuss the Seakeeper gyro range with Kitfix. The two ranges address different needs.
A retrofit may be possible, subject to the hull, transom layout, available space and compatible electronics. Send the boat model, location and transom photos so Kitfix can review suitability and installation requirements.
Yes, although routine maintenance is limited. Follow the current manufacturer guidance for inspections, anodes and cleaning. Kitfix’s Ride offering focuses on sales, installation and after-sales support.
